Xolo today launched the first smartphone in its Black series, dubbed the Xolo Black.
It comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p IPS OGS display, Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor with 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable storage, running Android 5.0 Lollipop based Hive UI. There's a 3200 mAh battery to keep the phone going with some software enhancements to make it last longer.
It is a dual-SIM smartphone with a hybrid 2nd SIM card slot which can be used as the microSD card slot. It is a 4G LTE device. USB OTG is also supported on the XOLO Black.
You might have already seen the teasers for the XOLO Black, where it shows a twin camera setup at the back, so you have a 13MP primary rear camera with a 2MP depth sensing camera. There's a flash with the duo camera setup at the back as well. There's also a 5MP front facing camera for selfies with flash.
The XOLO Black has Corning Gorilla Glass on the front and back. The glass also has an oleophpbic coating making it smudge resistant.
It will be available starting July 13th exclusively at Flipkart for Rs. 12999. You can also experience the device in over 100 vodafone stores and Xolo will give you a free uber ride from your house to a vodafone store and back to check out the new Black smartphone before you buy it on Flipkart.
