HTC Desire Z Android Smartphone was launched in September 2010. It is running on the Qualcomm MSM7230 processor with Adreno 205 GPU. The phone has 512 MB RAM and 1.5 GB; of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 32 GB.
