vivo iQOO 15T Android Smartphone was launched in May 2026. It is running on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster (3 nm) processor with Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU. The phone has 16 GB RAM and 1 TB of internal storage which is not expandable.
The vivo iQOO 15T has a 6.82 inches, 1440 x 3168 pixels AMOLED display with a pixel density of 510 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 200 MP rear camera and a 16 MP front camera for selfies.
