vivo iQOO Neo11 Ultra Android Smartphone was launched in August 2026. It is running on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500M (3 nm) processor with ARM G1-Ultra GPU. The phone has 16 GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage which is not expandable.
The vivo iQOO Neo11 Ultra has a 6.83 inches, 1440 x 3200 pixels AMOLED display with a pixel density of 514 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 50 MP rear camera and a 16 MP front camera for selfies. It has a USB Type-C port for data syncing and charging. There is a fingerprint sensor present on the vivo iQOO Neo11 Ultra as well, along with a magnetic field sensor (compass), gyroscope sensor, proximity sensor and accelerometer sensor. It is a single SIM smartphone with support for 3G, USB OTG, NFC and Wi-Fi too.
