Xiaomi Redmi 5a Android Smartphone was launched in October 2017. It is priced in India at Rs. 4999 ($90.00), running on the Qualcomm MSM8917 Snapdragon 425 processor with Adreno 308 GPU. The phone has 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 256 GB (uses SIM 2 slot).
The Redmi 5a has a 5.0 inches HD, 720 x 1280 pixels IPS display with a pixel density of 294 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera for selfies. It has a microUSB port for data syncing and charging. There is a notification LED present on the Redmi 5a as well, along with a magnetic field sensor (compass), ambient light sensor, proximity sensor and accelerometer sensor.
