Microsoft Lumia 640 XL Dual SIM Review: Great Camera, Premium Look

By on Email @exolete

Microsoft may not be raking in the moolah with its Windows Phone line-up, but Nokia/Microsoft makes some excellent smartphones. The Lumia 640 XL is one of them. Its large and bulky with a 5.7-inch display, but is built well, looks great and is a head-turner. People asked me which phone it was at every event I took it to. You can't say the same about many mid-rangers. The Cyan color stands out for me and even at just HD resolution the 5.7-inch display looks crisp, has great contrast. But that's not the standout feature of the Lumia 640 XL. The 13MP rear camera with Zeiss optics steals the show here with some excellent images in good lighting as well as good low-light performance. The Lumia 640XL has great cameras, probably the best in its class of smartphones. It runs Windows Phone 8.1 competently and will be one of the first smartphones to get Windows 10 Mobile. If you want a large phablet with a good display, great cameras and good battery-life, the Lumia 640 XL should be in your list. You can watch its detailed review above, a brief on its pros/cons alongwith review scores are listed below.
