The iWatch is real and its called the Apple watch. Although its not just watch, its your personal assistant, its a "comprehensive health and fitness device". The interesting part about the new Apple Watch is the UI, which encompasses a Digital Crown (round dial on the right) using which you can zoom in and out of the interface, scroll through lists and more.
It is rectangular and comes with a variety or straps. There will be a 18 Karat Gold version as well. The UI has circular elements, which according to Cook is revolutionary in itself.
It comes with sapphire touchscreen display and there are four sensors at the back. Tehre's also voice recognition on-board using which you can reply to messages. You can swipe through "glances" for more information about your routine, workout, calendar, weather and other stuff. There's magsafe wireless charging built-in as well.
