Pebble Time Steel has made its way to KickStarter after the launch of the Pebble Time with a color e-Ink display. The new smartwatch from Pebble comes with the same color e-ink display as its plastic brother and same features with TimeLine UI but differs in the overall build and aesthetic appeal.

The Pebble Time Steel uses CNC finish stainless steel case and a larger battery which can last up to 10 days on a single charge. The Pebble Time Steel too comes with a microphone using which you can respond to notifications or take notes. It too uses the standard 22mm watch bands so you can replace the included strap with anything funky you may find.

There is support for smart-straps built in as well which will allow for more sensors to be fit in which can directly interact with apps on the Pebble Time. GPS, Heart-rate monitor, NFC, more battery and anything that can fit on a strap can be added to the Pebble Time with the rear port. The Pebble Time Steel still supports Android and iOS devices.

The Pebble Time Steel is currently available through KickStarter where you can back the project for $250 and it will arrive at your doorstep in July. In stores it will retail for $299. Its a very pretty smartwatch and it doesn't hurt to look like the Apple Watch.
