Update - Now, OnePlus has confirmed most of the specifications of its latest smartphone the OnePlus 9RT, and also posted the official image of the phone before the announcement on October 13th. It will come with a Samsung E4 AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 600Hz touch sampling rate, and has an in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone will be run on the Snapdragon 888 processor with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM + up to 7GB of virtual memory and has UFS 3.1 storage.
The phone will come with a 19067.44 mm² space cooling system where has Five Dimensional heat dissipation structure, 59% VC heat dissipation cooling system increased, and 20% heat dissipation efficiency.
It will be available in Silver and Black colors where the Black version featuring a matte finish. It will be powered by a 4500mAh battery that supports 65T Warp Charge 65W fast charging.
Earlier - OnePlus has officially confirmed the launch of its next mid-range flagship smartphone the OnePlus 9RT in China on October 13th after rumors, which is the successor of the OnePlus 9R. The teaser shows the triple rear camera setup includes a 50MP main camera, dual-LED flash, and has a tagline ‘speed has a new name’.
According to the leakster @evleaks has also posted press images of the phone that show the back panel of the phone where has a glass finish, and also shows a metal frame. The box image of the phone looks smaller than the previous model, but it will come with a charger in the box. After that, the leakster Ishan Agarwal revealed the full image of the phone side by side, which shows a similar display and design as Oneplus 9 with the small punch-hole camera and the small bezel.
New rumors said that features a similar FHD+ 120Hz Fluid AMOLED display, 4500mAh battery with 65W charging as the 9R. The earlier rumors said that the phone comes with an upgraded version of the Snapdragon 870, recent rumors point to Snapdragon 888 SoC for the phone with up to 12GB of RAM.
The OnePlus 9RT is said to use the 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor that was used in the OnePlus Nord 2, Compared to the 48MP rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor in the OnePlus 9R. It is not clear if the phone will works on the latest Android 12 with OxygenOS 12 out of the box. By the way, the company just launched the beta version of the OxygenOS 12 for the OnePlus 9 series.

The Leakster @evleaks also leak the company's new mid-range ANC earbuds OnePlus Buds Z2 box contents that will also launch along with OnePlus 9RT. We have already shared the renders and the complete specifications of the earbuds recently.
