OPPO has launched its latest smartphone in the 'F series', the OPPO F27 Pro+ 5G in India, as previously announced. According to the company, this is the first smartphone in India to feature IP69, IP68, and IP66 ratings, along with Military Grade Durability (MIL-STD-810H) and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection for the display.
The phone's ratings include -
- IP66: Maximum protection against dust and regular water jets.
- IP68: Maximum protection against dust and water immersion up to 1.5m for 30 minutes.
- IP69: Maximum protection against dust and high-pressure water jets at temperatures up to 80°C.
It boasts a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz curved OLED screen, powered by the Dimensity 7050 SoC with up to 12GB of RAM. The device includes a 64MP rear camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor, and it is powered by a 5000mAh battery supporting 67W fast charging.
The phone features a leather back adorned with a Cosmos Ring design and a 3D Curved AMOLED display. The leatherback has been coated with siloxane for improved stain resistance, allowing customers to use the phone without a case.
