Earlier this year, rumours circulated about the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE possibly featuring the Exynos 2400 chipset. Now, the phone bearing model number SM-S721B has appeared on Geekbench, confirming the presence of the Exynos 2400 SoC.

The benchmark listing also confirms that the phone will come with 8GB of RAM, the same as the S23 FE, despite earlier rumours suggesting it might have 12GB.

According to Geekbench 6 scores, the Galaxy S24 FE achieved 2047 in single-core performance and 6289 in multi-core performance. While the single-core scores are comparable to those of the S24 and S24+ powered by the same Exynos 2400 chip, the multi-core scores are slightly lower.

This difference can be attributed to the prime Cortex-X4 core in the Exynos 2400 used in the S24 and S24+ running at a reduced clock speed of 3.11 GHz, down from 3.2 GHz. The chipset configuration includes 5 mid-sized cores: 2 Cortex-A720 cores clocked at 2.90 GHz, 3 Cortex-A720 cores at 2.59 GHz for balanced processing, and 4 Cortex-A520 cores at 1.96 GHz for efficiency. The Xclipse 940 GPU is also retained.

Recent reports suggest that the Galaxy S24 FE will feature the 50MP Samsung ISOCELL GN3 sensor, similar to the Galaxy S23 FE.
