Update - The Xiaomi India Head, Manu Kumar Jain today has confirmed that the Mi 10i 5G smartphone will be launched in India on January 5th. This phone specifically Made For India and is customized by Mi’s India product team, that's the way ‘i’ in the 10i name. He also confirmed a new 108MP camera sensor which is different from Mi 10T Lite smartphone. The phone will be available from Amazon.in as well as mi.com and Mi stores offline.

Earlier - today, Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of its latest mid-range smartphone the Mi 10 series phone with a 108MP rear camera in India on January 5th. The teaser poster has #ThePerfect10 and should be the Mi 10i that was launched as Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G in China last month. It also received BIS certification and surfaced in Geekbench listing recently.
