Xiaomi has launched its latest mid-range tablet, the Xiaomi Pad 8 in India, just ahead of the debut of the Xiaomi 17 series smartphones scheduled for tomorrow. It features an 11.2-inch 3.2K LCD screen with a 3:2 aspect ratio, 144Hz adaptive refresh rate, Dolby Vision support, and TÜV Rheinland-certified low blue light protection.
The Nano Texture Display variant combines AG nano-texture technology with an AR coating to cut screen reflectivity by up to 70%. The device sports a slim 5.75mm full-metal unibody design and is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, paired with up to 12GB of RAM.
For audio, the tablet comes equipped with quad speakers and Dolby Atmos support. It houses a 9200mAh battery with 45W fast charging, offering up to 9.3 hours of video playback. In terms of cameras, it includes a 13MP rear sensor and an 8MP front camera.
The Xiaomi Pad 8 is deeply integrated into Xiaomi’s smart ecosystem and receives both hardware and software enhancements tailored for productivity and everyday tasks. It runs on Xiaomi HyperOS 3, which brings refreshed lock screens, wallpapers, and widgets.
