vivo X300 Ultra Android Smartphone was launched in March 2026. It is running on the Qualcomm SM8850-AC Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (3 nm) processor with Adreno 840 GPU. The phone has 16 GB RAM and 1 TB of internal storage which is not expandable.
The vivo X300 Ultra has a 6.82 inches, 1440 x 3168 pixels AMOLED display with a pixel density of 510 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 200 MP rear camera and a 50 MP front camera for selfies. It has a USB Type-C port for data syncing and charging. There is a fingerprint sensor present on the vivo X300 Ultra as well, along with a magnetic field sensor (compass), gyroscope sensor, proximity sensor and accelerometer sensor. It is a single SIM smartphone with support for 3G, USB OTG, NFC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth too.
The vivo X300 Ultra runs on Android 16 and all this is powered by a 6600/7000 mAh battery. It measures 163 x 76.8 x 8.2 mm or 8.5 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 232 grams or 237 grams including battery.
