Sony India today launched its new USB Type-C power bank in India and charger with fast charging support.
The Sony 10,000 mAh CP-SC10 power bank comes with two USB -Type-C ports which can charge two devices simultaneously with a total output of 6 Amps. Moreover, it supports pass through charging as well, meaning you can charge the power bank as well as phone together.
It uses Sony's Hybrid Gel Technology to provide more longevity to the lithium ion polymer cells which are said to retain 90% battery capacity even after 1000 charge cycles. To check the current charging status as well as battery-left, there are four LEDs at the top. While topping up it can connect up to a 3 Amp source.
The Sony CP-SC10 Type-C power bank has been priced at Rs. 5990 in India and will come in gold as well as grey color options. The company also launched a 3.0 Amp USB Type-C wall charger which comes in white color. It has been priced at Rs. 2390 which is quite reasonable for a fast charger and it would be available major electronic stores, e-commerce portals and Sony Centers across the country.
